Job description
We are looking for a Junior System Test Engineer to join our team and support the Verification and Validation process for our cutting-edge avionics and industrial products. In this role, you will develop and deploy test procedures and solutions at system level, contributing to the quality and reliability of our products. This position offers the opportunity to work on products ranging from early prototype designs to formal qualification campaigns, while collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams.
Duties and responsibilities
• Participate in project kick-off meetings and product requirements reviews.
• Develop and deploy automated test solutions for avionics and industrial hardware from early prototypes to formal qualification campaigns.
• Execute test campaigns, develop and perform test procedures or analyses, and document results.
• Track issues, drive root cause analyses and corrective action campaigns, and implement solutions to improve reliability.
• Work closely with design engineers, to provide feedback and drive design or infrastructure improvements aimed at increasing product reliability and yield.
Qualification and skills
• 1+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field (e.g., Physics).
• Familiarity with electronic laboratory instruments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
• Strong attention to detail, a passion for learning, and a proactive attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Knowledge of English Language, both in writing/reading technical documentation and in speaking/listening during meeting.
Preferred:
• Experience with test equipment and measurement techniques to verify and validate product requirements.
• Knowledge of electronic components and their characteristics.
• Familiarity with MATLAB/Simulink.
• Familiarity with LabVIEW for test automation and data processing.
• Basic understanding of root cause analysis and a desire to learn more about reliability improvement
