Job Summary
The Facility Department is responsible for managing the company’s production facilities and all services related to the regular execution of work activities. It oversees the maintenance and repair of buildings, installations, machinery, and equipment, with the goal of ensuring a safe, efficient, and professional work environment.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:
  • Infrastructure ServicesHandling primary services related to physical infrastructure, such as heating and cooling systems, electrical, water, and fire installations, as well as maintenance of structures, windows, and furnishings.
  • Workplace Safety ServicesManaging services that ensure workplace safety, including cleaning, waste disposal, and personal protective devices.
  • Machinery and Equipment ServicesDealing with the installation and regular and extraordinary maintenance of process and production machinery and equipment within the company.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Performing regular and extraordinary maintenance on company spaces, structures, and installations.
  • Supervising and updating procedures related to the assigned area of intervention.
  • Directly managing suppliers of goods and/or services related to the assigned area of intervention.
  • Recording and updating performed activities using digital support.
  • Executing maintenance activities following safety and health regulations in workplaces and environmental protection.
  • Managing reporting and documentation related to executed tasks.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Technical school diploma.
  • Ability to perform visual and integrity checks on components.
  • Proficiency in conducting documental and functional checks.
  • Capability to carry out regular and extraordinary maintenance tasks.
  • Knowledge of safety and health regulations in workplaces and environmental protection.
  • Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Availability for business trips.
  • Flexibility in managing working hours, especially during emergencies of any kind.
  • Readiness to be available outside regular working hours and on weekends.
